I’ve never tried Thermomix before, so this is not a review on Thermomix. There was a cooking demonstration at the official distributor’s office of Thermomix, True Mix Sdn Bhd, and I got to see how Olivia, a dietitian and nutritionist turned chef, juice and cook 6 dishes with Thermomix in 1 hour (minus preparation and with the use of 3 Thermomix TM5 at the same time. She had just launched her cookbook, Cook with Olivia Chinese Flavours @ RM150.00, the recipes of which are all tested and cooked with Thermomix TM5.

One thing that I’m impressed with is how she still look so good even after cooking 9 dishes that evening. No sweat. No smelly and dirty kitchen to clean up. No mess.

Below are just some of the dishes she cooked that evening; Chicken Rice, Fried Prawns, Hokkien Mee, Chinese Buns aka Mantou and Lemon Juice. They may not be the best tasting dishes because they are all home cooked food but they are good enough.
