Tenji is one of Malaysia’s fast growing Japanese Buffet Restaurant. They had recently just opened another branch in Puchong to cater for more customers. Currently, Tenji is having their Chinese New Year 2011 buffet promotion. Their dinner package which starts from 6pm – 9.30pm is priced at only RM88++. Customers coming with more family and friends get to enjoy more from Sunday to Thursday as on these days, every second pax will only have to pay half the price which is RM44++.
This is my second time to Tenji, and I must say that Tenji had made some improvements. First of all, their services. They are much faster now in cooking and delivering food to customers. Secondly, service charges and government taxes are not calculated from the original amount before deduction the promotional price. Thirdly, the queue before getting your table are very much shorter than it used to be.
Below are some of the dishes we had. We started off with Cheese Baked Oysters.
Oyster and Scallops sashimi.
Grilled Prawns.
Hairy Crabs.
Salmon, Mini Octopus and Butter Fish Sashimi.
Steamed Cod Fish.
Grilled fish.
Crab.
A variety of sushi.
Sweet and Sour Tofu.
Steamed Tofu.
Dim Sum – Siu mai.
No idea what this is. lol.
Salted Black Chicken.
Vegetables – Kai Lan
Coconut.
Other varieties.
Well, that’s all from me for today now. Happy Chinese New Year 2011 to all that are celebrating the new Rabbit year.

**They did not write when their promotion will end, so you will have to call them to confirm this when you are booking a table. Their hotline number is 1700-80-1878. As for the direction to Tenji at Mont Kiara, I am not sure whether there are any public transportation to Mont Kiara, but I picked this up from Tenji’s blog for those who are driving. Hope this helps. Cheers!**
