Mango Float Royale (MFR) is the latest drink you must have when you visit Melaka. This Mango Float Royale is beginning to become popular because of the ingredients they put in it. If you look at the video closely, you can see that they are quite generous with the ingredients. The scoop of ice cream they give is quite big.
They use real mango juice and real mangoes cut into cubes. The mangoes are mostly local mangoes and if they are not available, they use mangoes from Indonesia. Vanilla ice cream is also added to make the drink more creamy. At first sight, this drink may look sweet, but it is really not. It is just right. In fact, this drink is quite aromatic. You can smell and taste the mango on every sip.
The queue here may look quite long but trust me, the waiting time is short. They worked like a supply chain in a factory. One to scoop the ice and pour the mango juice in a cup. One to scoop the ice cream. One to prepare the mango cubes and place them into the cup cover. And one to collect money and serve customers.
