The Gravy Factory is a culmination of East and West cultures. It focuses on the unique fusion food inspired from the British Malaya era, bringing forth a new, exciting culinary adventure that you can truly call, Malaysian food.
The name “GRAVY”, symbolizes the importance of kuah in The Gravy Factory’s food offerings as the essence of this cuisine lies in the GRAVY, the soul of good food. So everything here comes with The Gravy Factory’s signature gravy. There are 12 gravy at The Gravy Factory and they are as follows:-

- Spicy Cajun
- White Sauce
- Thousand Island
- Tartare
- Caesar
- Mango Mayo
- Pineapple Sweet ‘N’ Sour
If there is only 1 dish you can order, you should order The Gravy Factory’s Hainanese Chicken Chop @ RM25.90. The chicken chop was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The potato wedges were piping hot when they arrived and they was seasoned well.
If you don’t like fried stuffs, you may opt for The Gravy Factory’s Chicken Chop @ RM22.90. This boneless dish is for the lazy people who don’t like to pick their meat from its bones. The Chicken Chop was good, but I prefer the Hainanese Chicken Chop more even though the later is a little bit pricier than the former.
I must say that The Gravy Factory serves very good looking food. Even the side dishes to our chicken chop were carefully and creatively placed on our plate. Do you know what does this resemble? It looks like a mini version of the Petronas Twin Tower, right?
There are 2 seating areas here. One is indoor and the other is outdoor. If you don’t mind the hot weather, you may choose to sit outside. The Gravy Factory outdoor view overlooks some of the tall buildings around KL Sentral area.

In case you were wondering, they also have lunch sets as well. Lunch sets are available from RM16.90++ up to RM43.90++ and they come served with Honey or Lemon Green Tea.
