The name Fahrenheit 600 was given by the owners of Fahrenheit 600 as it represents their custom made brick oven that is set to 600 degrees Fahrenheit. The oven is use to cook most of the dishes they serve and they include pizza, bread and etc.
This is one of the favorite item here, Popeye The Sailor pizza. The pizza toppings include spinach, caramelized onion, garlic, mascarpone cheese, Fahrenheit 600’s signature cream sauce and eggs. If you are not a fan of spinach, consider ordering the other pizza. I didn’t quite like this pizza as the spinach is a little watery making the pizza dough chewy.
Fahrenheit 600’s seafood pasta on the other hand was a hit for me. It was flavorful and it was topped with lots of seafood ingredients. This seafood pasta was a special on that day, so you wouldn’t find it on the menu. It was so good that I hope the owners would consider putting this in their menu.
Next, we tried Fahrenheit 600’s Aunty Joana’s Baked Egg. This is a creative way of recreating the all day breakfast menu. Aunty Joana’s Baked Egg consist of oven baked home made chicken sausage in signature sauce, caramelized onions, sauteed mushrooms, baked beans, topped with cheese and oven baked eggs served with slices of bread – the usual ingredients that you would find in any all day breakfast menu.
This is the Giggly Duck which is basically smoked duck slices, a variety of oven saute mushrooms served on homemade bread, brushed with avocado paste topped with poached egg and slices of orange and drizzled with grape juice reduction. If you like duck, you should really try this.
Fahrenheit 600’s cakes are made fresh everyday and therefore is limited. Once the cakes are sold out, you would need to wait for the next day to get your hands on these yummy cakes. Some of the cakes they have here are the Winter Carrot Cake,
the Salted Caramel Cheesecake,
and the Chocolate Cake. I thought that each and every one of them taste really good.
Here is a sneak peak around the restaurant showing before and after the crowd came that night.
Here is their menu for your reference.
Brass Boiler by Fahrenheit 600
The owner of Fahrenheit 600 collaborates with Brass Boiler which is a coffee enthusiast offering great coffee to Fahrenheit 600 customers. There are three styles of coffee; the espresso based blends for varieties of coffee with milk, the filter coffee and the back room filter coffee. The back room filter coffees are made with premium coffee beans and it varies according to the season.
Although I do drink coffee, but I am not an expert in coffee. If you would like to know more about the coffee they have here, you should visit them here. The barista is friendly and if you have any question, do not hesitate to ask them. That night we had their Flat White,
Filter Coffee,
and Ice Drip Coffee. In case you were wondering what the glasses of clear liquid are, they are soda water purposely placed there for you to clear your throat in order to taste the coffee better.
