The Durian Season is finally here! SK6363 is currently running a D24 durian buffet promotion for only RM16.00 nett per person. This durian buffet is available everyday and is based on first come first serve. If they are sold out, they are sold out for the day. SK6363 get their durians fresh everyday. Musang King durians, Teka durians and etc. are some of the other durians available here. Again, these durians are available if they are able to source it from the farm.
We got to know about SK6363’s durian buffet after our recent visit to Chen Brothers, another good durian stall located right next to SK6363. This time around, the durians seems to be much pricier.
We bought some D24 durians from Chen Brothers which was priced at RM19 per kilogram. The D24 durians were very good as the Chen Brothers had a good batch of D24 durians that night. We were told that the D24 durians they sourced were grown in the high lands. You can see this clearly as each durians were marked with different coloured marker which indicates the farm in which the durians came from. I got to say, the high land durians were very good. They were creamy and soft with a sweet and slight bitter taste to it.
It wouldn’t be fair if I were to compare the ones I bought at Chen Brothers to the ones I had at the durian buffet, considering the differences in price. All I can say is that, if you are looking for good quality D24 durians, go buy them from Chen Brothers. If you have a good appetite for a whole load of D24 durians, go to SK6363.
Better still, go to both durians stalls if you have a serious craving for durians. I went to both just recently and was very satisfied with the good and fresh durians they served to us. There are many good durian stalls around Kepong, but these two stalls mentioned here are the oldest stalls here. I know this, because I grew up in Kepong.

Please tell me how to reach chen bros by public transport. I am travelling from europe as a tourist .
Durians are seasonal fruit and it is not in season now.
Just use “Grab” or “Uber” application on your phone to order a taxi if you are staying in Kuala Lumpur. Type “Chen Brothers Durian”. Its in Kepong.
Again, check whether durians are in season first to avoid disappointment. Hope this helps.
