CLOSER Kitchen & Espresso Bar is the geometry-themed cafe located at the ground floor of Menara TSR at Mutiara Damansara which serves specialty coffee, hearty all-day breakfast, soulful mains, thoughtfully crafted sandwiches, heartwarming soups, easy salads, comforting pastas and guilty pleasures (desserts). 2 course lunch is available from RM21 nett only.

Specialty Coffee
If you are looking for good coffee, Closer Kitchen & Espresso Bar has it. Closer Kitchen & Espresso Bar’s coffee are sourced from specialty coffee roasters. Short Black, Flat White, Latte, Cappuccino and Hand-Brewed Pour Over are some of the coffee you could enjoy here. They come hot or with ice. Cappuccino – simple coffee artwork, but smooth texture and rich in flavor.
Hearty All-Day Breakfast
The XL Breakfast comes with choice of eggs – sunny side up / scrambled / omelette, two meats – bratwurst chicken sausage/ smoked duck / beef bacon and two sides – mash pumpkin / sautéed mushrooms and etc. Since the XL Breakfast is something common and can be found easily in any café in town, we decided to order something different. The Green Scramble with Baked Portobello @ RM19.00 is a healthy and hearty choice for breakfast. It comes with scrambled eggs folded with pesto, baked portobello mushroom and toast.
Soulful Mains
You cannot see from this picture. But there is a piece of salmon carefully wrapped and baked in this Closer Perfect Salmon Parcel @ RM22.00. The combination between the puffy bun and the warm and flaky salmon is simply delicious. If you are ordering this, remember to eat it quickly. The bottom of the bun may get mushy from the hot steam coming from the salmon.
Thoughfully Crafted Sandwiches
This is CLOSER’s Aloha Grilled Chicken with Pineapple @ RM20.00. It is basically oregano bread served with mixed lettuce, thick and succulent chargrilled chicken, topped with caramelized pineapple ring and freshly sliced onion. This is a healthy choice for those who are watching their weights.
Simply Pancakes
Pancakes with Butter and Maple Syrup @ RM8.00 are also available here. You have the option to add more pancakes and sides of beef or chicken sausage for RM3.00 and RM7.00 respectively.
Heartwarming Soups, Easy Salads, Comforting Pastas and Guity Pleasures.
As mentioned earlier, soups, salads, pastas and desserts are available too. I’m not going to cover it here but you can take a closer look at CLOSER’s menu below.
There is a good selection of Cakes, Panna Cotta and Cold Pressed Juices (which are not printed on the menu) that are on display at the counter. Just head over to the counter to order them.
