Do you like vegetarian meals? Or have you had vegetarian meals before? I don’t go to vegetarian restaurants a lot as I don’t like mock meats and fishes. Since there are no other restaurants around Jalan Putra (there is an ongoing construction at The Mall), we decided to take our lunch at Cameleon Beancurd Restaurant (Vegetarian). They serve the usual stuffs just like any other Chinese restaurants around but all meats and fishes are made of beancurds.
I ordered their Beancurd Noodles which is basically noddles with mock “luncheon” meat and mince meat with broccoli and cucumber. This dish looks simple but I am sure, a lot of effort is put in into making those mock vegetarian “meats”. It comes in a set with a drink of either a glass of watermelon juice or honey lime juice – if I remember it correctly. For your information, if your total bill is more than RM30 and if you have a RHB credit card, you will be entitled to a 10% off your total bill.
