BUILT Custom Burgers is a premium and customizable burgers from The Counter. There are 2 versions to BUILT Custom Burgers. You may choose either to have it in a burger form where the burger patty, the vegetables and sauces are stacked up and sandwiched in between 2 pieces of buns or to have it in a bowl.
At BUILD Custom Burgers, you have the flexibility in creating your very own custom burger. Everything from the flavour of the bun, the protein, the toppings and sauces, you may pick and choose whatever ticks your fancy. If you don’t like pickles, tell them and choose another ingredient.
A Combo is priced at RM26.50 (including GST) which comes with either a burger or bowl + Shoestring Fries and a refillable softdrink.

Step 1 is to choose your protein.
- Beef
- Lamb
- Vegan Veggie
- Chicken
- Upgrade to a Double Patty for additional RM2.00
Step 2 is to choose your cheese.
- American
- Cheddar
- Swiss
- Gouda
- Mozzarella
- Add Extra Cheese for an additional RM3.00
Step 3 is to choose either Bun or Bowl.
The choices of bun are:-
- Brioche
- Whole Wheat
- Organic Greens
- Lettuce Blend
Step 4 is to choose your sides.
Step 5 is to choose your toppings and Step 6 is to choose your sauce.
This is how it looks like if you order your custom built burger in a bowl. No bun will be given but you’ll have more toppings compared to if you have it in a bun.
The burger is quite good too. It stays in shape even though I cut it in half. We ordered our beef burger medium cooked, hence the pinkish center.
If you don’t want the headache in customizing your own burger, alternatively, you may also ask BUILT Custom Burgers to built your burger for you. Most of the times, I rather they build it for me or at the very least give some suggestion on which ingredient pairs well with which sauces or ingredients.
