Andes BYO at Aman Suria Damansara, Petaling Jaya

Posted by Apple Foodees On October - 28 - 2012

Andes BYO serves pork in many different ways – ways that not many restaurants around would do so. Since this was my first time to this restaurant, and after hearing some good comments about Andes’s pork burger, I ordered Andes’s Aussie Bacon Burger Wrap for RM15.90. The ingredients in the burger contains some of the basic stuffs you can get at any burger stalls/restaurants – tomatoes, onions, mayo, etc. And the side dishes – potato fries and coleslaw.

The burger was packed with flavour and the flavour was quite intense – porky, cheesy, mayo’i', and the salty bacon all wrap together. Everything was a bit too much for me.

This pizza was packed with flavours. It was really delicious. One of the best pizza I have ever had.

We ordered their Rice Pilaf with Asian Green – Poached Salmon Fillet at RM26.00 from their Asian Menu. It is basically salmon cooked with creamy sauce served with chinese fried rice along with chinese “nai bak” and salad. Presentation wise, it looks really appetizing. Sad to say, the salmon and fried rice taste good individually but together, it just doesn’t blend well together. The salmon was very creamy and the starchiness of the rice just makes everything taste really “heavy”.
