Long Grilled Fish Seafood Restaurant

Posted by Apple Foodees On August - 3 - 2011

CRABS can be prepared in several different ways. Out of the many styles in preparing crabs, the most commonly recommended ones are the “salted-egg and butter” style, “kam hiong” style or “chili” style. After trying out so many different cooking styles, I now know that the best way to enjoy crabs is to order the baked-style ones. Our dining experience this time is at Long’s Seafood Restaurant. Long’s Seafood Restaurant which is well-known among the locals here for it’s baked crabs. Fortunately, we didn’t need to travel very far as Long Seafood Restaurant is located in Jinjang, Kuala Lumpur.

Baked.Large.Sized.Crab

Like everyone else, that night, we ordered Long’s famous baked-styled crab. Although the oiliness seems to be the problem, the crab was nevertheless finger-liking delicious. The crab was really fresh, not to mention, beautifully presented on the plate. How often do you see crabs served in it’s original form?

Pari.Grilled.Fish

Grilled Pari Fish was one of the other things we ordered that night. Owing to the fact that Long is a seafood grilled fish restaurant, we had had high expectation on this dish. However, we were not too impressed by this dish as the fish was slightly rubbery.

Fried.Squids.with-Butter.Sauce

Next, we had Fried Squid with Butter Sauce. I must point out to you that the main star for this dish is not the fried squid, but the sauce that comes with it. It was sweet and creamy. It is just the perfect combination with those fried squids. Love it!
