Uncle Leong Seafood at Ang Mo Kio (Singapore)

Posted by Apple Foodees On August - 8 - 2009

During our recent trip to Singapore, we went to Uncle Leong Seafood Restaurant located in Ang Mo Kio for dinner. The place was opened by a Malaysian and is managed in the center of Singapore island. The place was famous for its various types of method of cooking delicious crabs.

Location :-
Uncle Leong Seafood Restaurant
Block 233, Ang Mo Kio Ave 3 (St 22) #01-1194, Singapore 560233
You may take the MRT to Ang Mo Kio stop and board bus number 166 or 169 to reach this location at the fifth stop.
Tel : 6554 3453

The first dish we ordered is the most famous of all methods of cooking. Its the crab with thick mee with soup. The good thing about this dish is that, it is filling, sweet taste of the crab and was very delicious. If you look at the other tables around, you will notice that each table orders the same dish. That shows how superb it was! A must try dish.

This is the Golden Sand Crab style. What makes the best out of both dishes is that the crab was large with lots of meats and was very fresh.

We had also ordered some chicken wings. Taste blunt as the taste of the crab really covers the rest of the other dish.

Homemade Tau foo.
